Sunsuria Bhd plans to launch 20 single-key, 3-storey villas in the Monet Garden precinct at its Sunsuria City township in Salak Tinggi, Selangor, in the middle of this month.

Occupying an 18.7-acre freehold parcel, Monet Garden comprises 132 units of 1½-storey townhouses and 114 three-storey villas — 94 dual-key and 20 single-key units — with a combined gross development value (GDV) of RM243 million. The townhouses were launched in November 2017 with 76% taken up to date while the 94 dual-key villas were launched in 2018, 12% of which have been sold.

“Inspired by the paintings of famed impressionist Claude Monet, Monet Garden will have a comfortable living environment and spaces of grandeur in nature for families to discover and enjoy,” says group chief operating officer Simon Kwan Hoong Wai in an email.

The single-key villas, with built-ups of 3,449 to 3,970 sq ft, will have six bedrooms, one powder room and four bathrooms each. Selling prices start at RM1.56 million and the project is expected to be completed next May.

“These units cater mainly for the upper middle-income group with bigger families, and provide more space for family bonding and recreation. We foresee that there will be demand for these units as there are limited landed properties in Selangor that offer this type of design and size at reasonable prices,” says Kwan.
