Ancom, Nylex, Ancom Logistics securities trade suspended

KUALA LUMPUR (July 15): Ancom Bhd, Ancom Logistics Bhd and Nylex (M) Bhd have requested for a suspension in the trading of their securities from 9am to 5pm today pending a material announcement on a corporate exercise.

Ancom Bhd is the holding company of Nylex and Ancom Logistics. Ancom Bhd's website indicates that the diversified group's businesses include
manufacturing of agricultural and industrial chemicals, information technology services and media operations.

Prior to the trading suspension today, Ancom Bhd's and Nylex's latest closing share prices were at 77 sen each for a market capitalisation of RM183.2 million and RM134.69 million respectively.

Ancom Logistics' latest closing share price was 13 sen, which values the company at RM61.53 million.
