Duopharma Biotech recommences operations

KUALA LUMPUR (May 12): Duopharma Biotech Bhd's office and headquarters have recommenced operations, and will be open during ordinary business hours of the office.

In a bourse filing today, Duopharma Biotech said the office had previously been closed pursuant to the announcement of the conditional movement control order (CMCO) period by the government.

Meanwhile, its research and development unit Duopharma Innovation Sdn Bhd, located in Zon Perindustrian Hicom-Glenmarie, had also recommenced operations.

The group further said that all manufacturing activities on its sites in Klang, Bangi and Glenmarie will continue their respective operations as they had been during the MCO period.

The CMCO was announced as an extended version of the previous MCO, with loosened restrictions for another four weeks from May 13 to June 9.

At the midday break today, Duopharma Biotech had gained 1.29% or two sen to RM1.57 with 254,000 shares traded.
