The glove maker, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia yesterday, said its unit Maxter Glove Manufacturing Sdn Bhd had signed a sale and purchase agreement with Nishimen Industries (M) Sdn Bhd to acquire the industrial land measuring 16,654 sq m.
